Terms of Service
These terms apply to the TCG Portfolio app and the website tcgportfolio.app, operated by Xiphias Tech, Belgium. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
TCG Portfolio lets you catalog trading card collections and see estimated market values for them. You need an account; your collection is stored on our servers and synced to your devices.
Prices are estimates, not advice
Card and sealed-product values shown in the app are derived from publicly available market data (Cardmarket trend prices) and refresh periodically. They are informational estimates only: they are not an offer to buy or sell, not a valuation for insurance or tax purposes, and not financial advice. Actual sale prices can and will differ. We are not affiliated with Cardmarket, The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Ravensburger, or Disney.
Card recognition
Scanning is automated image recognition and can misidentify cards. Verify the result before relying on it. Recognition depends on a third-party service and may be temporarily unavailable.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-extract the catalog or pricing data, probe or overload the service, or attempt to access other users' data.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on estimated values. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, in which case you can request an export of your collection data.
